Affordable payment plans

The cost of your orthodontic treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan.  Our staff will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each available payment plan option so that you can make the best choice for you and your smile.  We will work with you to create a payment plan that fits your budget, and you will know what to expect before beginning treatment.

Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best orthodontic care whenever you need it.

Please note: Credit Card payments incur a merchant service fee of 1.5% in addition to the total amount payable.

Private Health Insurance

If you have private health insurance that will be covering any portion of your orthodontic treatment, our office staff is always available to help you with insurance paperwork.

Please be sure to take your written quote to your individual private health fund prior to starting treatment for detailed coverage information.

Full Upfront Payment

1) 5% reduction (see conditions below)

2) Payment Options:

Option A: No Surcharge

• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

(Funds must be transferred at least 2 days before appointment – please bring confirmation printout)

• Cash
• Cheque
• Eftpos (please note $1000 daily limit on most cards)

Option B: 1.5 % surcharge

• Credit card (Visa or Mastercard)

Monthly Payment Contract

1)      Deposit paid at start of treatment.

2)      We will deduct the nominated amount from your credit card every month (MC/VISA). Please provide details when starting treatment.

3)      1.5% surcharge will be added to each Credit card (MC/VISA) transaction

 

Sibling Policy

1)    Automatic sibling reduction of

• 3 % (2^nd Sibling)
• 5 % (3^rd Sibling or More)

2)       If full payment, further 5% reduction (see conditions above)
